I am Mrs. Tom, librarian at CES, which I love! I have been teaching for 27 years and have lived to tell about it. I have taught 2nd, 3rd, & 4th grade. I was a Reading Specialist/Interventionist for 15 years. Then, I grew up to be a librarian, which I have taught for the last 5 years. I grew up in Cleveland, TN, and live in Knoxville, TN.

I have a BA in Human Learning and Behavior from University of Tennessee. GO VOLS!!! I have a MS in Curriculum and Instruction from UT. I have an EdS in Instructional Leadership from TN Tech. I earned my Media Specialist from University of Memphis. I LOVE education!

I enjoy traveling, camping, READING (of course, but also some Netflix-viewing) and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy most sports. I have a husband, Aaron, who loves humor and 2 daughters. My oldest, Clara, is attending Middle College this year. My younger, Coy, is a sophomore at ACHS. So, I have to support the Mavs, as well as the Dragons. We have a sweet little Maltipoo, Tango.

I love the Clinton community, and our school family is precious.
